Join us for a 50-minute, full-body mat workout grounded in Lagree principles — integrative strength, muscular endurance, and slow, controlled movement. This high-intensity, low-impact class is designed to challenge your body with intentional, steady pacing that leaves you feeling strong and centered. All you need is yourself, a mat, and a pair of grip socks.
We’ll be joined by Pila-Barre, popping up with their new winter arrivals — and every participant will receive a free pair of grip socks from Pila-Barre with their class. We’ll also have snacks and sips for purchase from some of our favorite local vendors.
