  • Is there parking?

  • What do I need for class?

Workout clothing, water, and grip socks! Grip socks are available in studio for purchase if needed.

  • What is the Lagree Method?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on a specialized machine called the Megaformer. It combines strength training, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility into one efficient class. Every movement is done slowly and with control, which maximizes muscle engagement while protecting your joints. The result is a highly effective full-body workout that delivers quick, sustainable results.

  • Is Lagree beginner friendly?

Yes! Lagree is adaptable for every fitness level—from beginners to seasoned athletes. Instructors provide modifications and progressions so you can work at your own pace while still challenging yourself. You do not need any prior experience to start, and you will build strength and confidence with each class.

  • Is Lagree considered Pilates?

No — while Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, they are distinct methods. Pilates emphasizes controlled, precise movements that build core strength, stability, and flexibility, often performed on a reformer. Lagree is performed on a machine called a Megaformer and combines strength training, endurance, and cardio into one low-impact, high-intensity workout. Both are effective, but they are different in approach, intensity, and overall experience.

  • Is Lagree safe for pregnancy?

Yes! Since Lagree is low impact, it can be a safe way to move and stay strong throughout pregnancy. If you’re already familiar with the method and medically cleared for high-intensity training, our team can provide a pre & postnatal guide with modifications to help you feel confident in class.

However, we do not recommend beginning Lagree for the very first time while pregnant. Please check in with your doctor before making any changes to your workout routine.

  • What is your late arrival policy?

Late Arrival Policy — First Timers
If it’s your very first class (or you’re bringing a first-time friend), late entry is not permitted. New clients must receive an overview of the machine and an introduction to the method, so we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for setup and orientation.

Late Arrival Policy — Members & Returning Clients
We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, doors close and late cancel fees may apply. This policy helps us keep classes safe, focused, and free of disruptions. Arriving too late means missing the warm-up and risking injury — and our priority is always keeping you strong and supported!

  • What is your late cancel and no-show policy?

We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance. A $15 fee will be applied for late cancellations and a $20 fee for no-shows. We understand that emergencies and illness can arise; in these cases, fees may be waived with timely notification for consideration.
