Local is a St. Petersburg Lagree studio offering high-intensity, low-impact Megaformer classes in a warm, community-first space. Your first visit includes support before class, a machine overview, and clear coaching once movement begins.

Lagree combines strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and controlled movement on the Megaformer. It is challenging, but it is designed to meet you where you are, with modifications and coaching throughout class.

FAQS

  • Wear workout clothing and bring water. Grip socks are required and are available in studio for purchase if you need them.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so the team can check you in, introduce the Megaformer, and help you feel settled before class begins.

  • Yes. Istructors offer modifications and progressions, so you can work at your own pace while still being challenged.

  • There is free 2-hour street parking along Central Ave and both sides of MLK, plus 10 free spaces in the parking lot that are first come, first served and validated at the front desk.

  • For safety, late entry is not permitted for first timers because the machine overview and setup are required before class starts.
